Neil Hudson will be leading THEOS this month discussing Stewardship, Consumerism and the Credit Crunch.
Timely, perhaps?
Here are some questions from him for you to peruse and consider before THEOS:
Is the credit crunch an opportunity for us to reflect on the consumerism that has dominated our culture for the past 20 years?
How can we make sense of the Jubilee principle of the Old Testament Law in today's world?
What role does the church play in telling a different story, to the one dominating the headlines?
Is it even possible to practice Jesus' radical teaching about this?

Serving a new paradigm
I stumbled across this film recently. Placing it here in no way should be seen as an endorsement. Having said that, what do you think? What is your response?
Post some comments.
